And to celebrate, we had veggie burgers, corn on the cob, and mac 'n' cheese. An easy meal, but it was Katiebug's first time having corn on the cob. She loved helping me shuck it. When she got to the corn on her first ear, she yelled, "Mommy, look! Corn pops!"
